By emailing support@myfilerunner.com or by calling 800.908.5110, you can request MyFileRunner to register and mange your userID’s and passwords for you!  MyFilerunner will register your entire firm.  Upon completing the registration, MyFileRunner will contact each filer to schedule their training sessions.  If you would prefer to organize group sessions, we will work with your contact person.

This service is key when adding new attorneys and assistants, or when needing to change or delete accounts.  Rather than taking staff time to do this work, you will only need to contact MyFileRunner to do this for you.
