Online Training: Most popular choice.
Online training can be done as a group or individually as your schedules permit. Online training takes no more than 30 minutes depending on the length of the question/answer session. During training, you will be walked through every feature of the MyFileRunner eFiling and eService. But wait, there’s more! Once you have finished your training, MyFileRunner will be available to you to walk you through as many files as needed until you are completely confident with eFiling. On-Site Training:
For larger firms, you may want to have your training scheduled on site. During training a MyFileRunner representative will walk your group through all of the eFiling and eService features. On site training covers the same material as online training and therefore also only takes 30 minutes. On site training should be scheduled at least a week in advance.
