eService is the process of serving the court documents to attorneys while simultaneously serving them to the court. When you are filing with MyFileRunner, you will reach a screen that allows you to list attorneys that you would like the documents to be electronically served. The documents are immediately sent to the attorney upon submitting your documents to the court. Within seconds of sending your documents to the courts, and thus to the attorneys being served, you will receive and electronic proof of service.
Additionally, you will be able to track the eServices. MyFileRunner offers the ability to track when the eservice was sent, the date and time it was retrieved and the name of the person who retrieved the documents. Assistants automatically receive of copy of the documents on behalf of the served attorney.
Basically, you can safely send your documents to the clerk and serve as many attorneys as you would like all within 5 minutes.
eService Plus: FREE (excluding state fees)
eService Plus is the process of serving documents to attorney’s ONLY. Documents that you do not need to send to the courts, such as discovery, can be sent directly to the attorneys of interest.
Within seconds of sending your documents to the attorneys being served, you will receive and electronic proof of service.
